That’s why the HC publicly saying he didn’t think the roster was Super Bowl caliber was a fireable in of itself. The Leader, amidst a race for a 1 seed.
I don’t think the 2025 Bills roster was elite by any means. Very flawed. But the Patriots roster isn’t elite either and they are 60 minutes away from a Super Bowl.
