I was really impressed w/ how Gannon evolved as a defensive mind in Arizona, with help of Nick Rallis of course. His first two years were clear steps in right direction and a group w/out much talent really fought hard every game Going 1-14 over the final 15 this yr is tough tho

I was so disappointed to review the Raiders draft and find that it was very Pete Carroll/Seahawk-y. Excited to see what it looks like for Spytek to get a chance to really run the front office and help hire a HC

The #Bucs finished the season allowing the 9th best pressure rate in the league, per Next Gen Stats. Despite constant OL injuries and different lineups every week. Incredible job by Kevin Carberry getting that group ready to play every week despite the talent deficit.

I've defended Schoen's process on a few of the decisions he's been criticized for, but even I have no interest in keeping him and having him pick the next HC. Makes no sense to me.

I’m a fan of retreads seemingly more than most. But the history of them jumping directly from one HC’ing job into the next is not great. The end of a solid run is pretty draining. Go sit on a beach!
