Absolutely agree!!. POP-RT trial at 5yr: WPRT better BF and DFS. 80% underw/PSMA. At 6-yr late G3GU tox similar. I don’t think WPRT is dead yet!.
@DrSpratticus @piet_ost @NRGonc Agree. Part of the problem for 0924 may have been that Roach formulas give much higher estimates of nodal risk than nomograms. To test it again means using new nomograms in the post-PSMA PET era. Postop is a different disease state with a less certainty where the cancer is.
