Imo this is actually great. Releasing Firelight on Songbird would be a disadvantageous for a few reasons:. 1) First and foremost, when have you ever seen Songbird and Firelight in the same sentence? The expectation has always been a Flare release. A Songbird release would push.

Interesting thread. I also found it weird that a “Decentralized” perpetual trading platform could just force close everyone’s longs without notice. Now everything is up, but no one could reap the rewards because we were forced to sit on the sidelines.
Regarding Sparkdex's forced closure of perp contracts. The vast majority of user contracts were long. A large portion of positions were opened at the local low. Perfect timing. @SparkDexAI decides to forcefully close the contracts. 🧵.
