Rest day today but decided to do an “easy run” tonight after work. It is crazy to me that this is now an “easy” run for me, but my avg heart rate was 126 so it really never got too high. Keep getting better!

Great advice here. You can enjoy the holidays while not completely derailing your progress. A day or two slightly off track is very easy to come back from if you are intentional.
