after not really reading at all for many, many years and thinking i'd lost the attention span for it completely, i just finished my 7th book in a month it really can be as simple as just starting to read again
You may think screens have destroyed your ability to read, you may think your focus is beyond saving, but I’m telling you, it only takes a bit of effort to recover an attention span. You are capable of reading books again.
