a me l’altro giorno è venuta in mente questa opzione su Alice. Triple Twist + Punch Front Tuck in seconda diagonale (E+A, 0.2 CV). Il Triplo le verrebbe riconosciuto SEMPRE se seguito dal salto avanti, e magari anche a livello di arrivo ci perderebbe meno di esecuzione
Secondo voi Ali dovrebbe cambiare qualcosa a corpo libero? Perché ha tutte le carte per essere davvero competitiva ma ha poca continuità! Forse il silvas in prima la stanca troppo? Se aggiungesse qualcosa nella parte artistica e tornasse al teso al posto che silvas?.#italgym.
