After 16 years as a researcher, yesterday I left academia. It wasn’t a vain or easy decision, but one that took me at least 2 years in denial to acknowledge I needed to move on. This afternoon I gave back my TRI badge and left #FrazerInstUQ. This is why 👇🏽1/20
