It is not about exclusion but about awareness of their own selves and realising that as straight men, going into an event like @pxssypalace means they are taking the space of a queer person of colour, so the ticket price difference helps to give back to the community.

The fact that @pxssypalace’s tickets tier system was picked up by a news channel insinuating that letting straight people pay more to go into a LGBTQ+ space is wrong; shows how much the event is needed, especially by the community of BIPOC Queer people in the UK.
