Conclusión: hay evidencia de interferencias y riesgo, pero no hay evidencia pública y verificable que pruebe que el régimen ejecutó intencionalmente un sabotaje que “cerró” el espacio aéreo. Antes de repetir esa acusación se requiere un informe técnico independiente.
