What you need when trying to get back to Cardiff after landing late at Bristol Airport is @2SevernBridges not knowing if their bridges are open or not. Prince of Wales diverting to M48, that bridge closed too. Fantastic. Gloucester and a petrol station, here we come.

Hi @OVOEnergy, I've just had an email asking me to increase my DD. I phoned you about this on 8th Aug and was told it'd be changed for me. My online account won't let me do it even though my name is on it. We rang to fix that too. It's not fixed. Is your service always this bad?
