Big news! 🦴 The fossil of a giant flying reptile known as a pterosaur was recently found on the Isle of Skye in Scotland during National Geographic Society-funded fieldwork. This huge winged creature lived around 170 mil years ago and had an estimated wingspan of >2.5 meters.
