The 757 marched today from the Norfolk police department to NSU and back. We stopped traffic and took a knee at every intersection. We protested PEACEFULLY and when we made it back to the police department the chief was standing outside ready to speak to us.

Update :
When I shared that I didn’t get the job last month I was crushed. But I just kept on moving forward. I’m so happy to share that I just got a call for this SAME position in Virginia Beach.
God never told me no, he just asked me to wait. Wow 😭❤️.
Update: I didn’t get it y’all. I want to share this because I think success stories can be misleading if we don’t show the roadblocks and downfalls along the way. So I may not have gotten it this time but I’m not giving up. I just have to keep moving forward 😊 Better is coming!!
