48 days hard-core lockdown, training summary: 48x((30 push-ups+20 squats)+(7 exercises, 2x10kg dumbbells, 1x20 reps)+(70-120min turbo trainer)+(240 abdominal crunches)+(5 min planks)). Still impossible to shake off the feeling of sedentariness when you aren't going ANYWHERE!!!
