This is an open war against the native religious tradition of the land and is as insidious as actual religious conversion. Because it is not just about firecrackers but how they define religion, delegitimizing whatever strays from that narrow definition.

@infinitchy Arrey saar, why do you expect the courts to make sense ? Their game from day 1 has been to impose their ideals on society. Totalitarianism in the name of bringing justice. I wonder what Ms would do if they would be asked to give up their traditions because the state said so.

@infinitchy Let us also not forget that Hindus themselves are largely responsible for this, particularly those in the current dispensation.

This is what happens when hindus say that their holy book is the constitution. This is just the beginning. Wait and watch what happens after 2024.

@infinitchy Never forget this is Kerala a state which has been ruled by Communists or Congress since partition who both hate Sanatan Dharm. This is also a land where Abrahmics making up 50%of the demography convert Hindus to pls there Gods ! Is it any wonder that judges give such judgements?
