Again, not surprised that @comcastbusiness still can't figure out how to return a call to work out an issue. 8 tickets later and still no call back or explanation. I guess it's time to contact the FCC and my AG @dananessel.
Just opened my 7th ticket wtih Comcast Biz b/c they still can't get anything straight. NEarly a year of overcharges to a Biz account and you can never talk tot the same person and they just close the ticket without ever calling you back. No resolution just lost $ and time.
