All the more reason women should be able to take the 2 to 5 days off each month.
My sweet sisters, can we hold space to discuss period poos? 😔 . Like why can’t the period just be the bleeding alone? Why must there be 100 other symptoms. I understand the biology of what causes period poo, but I just can’t accept the pooping itself. It’s so much🥲😭.

The system racism, that doesn't really exist, on full display.
Filmore Brown worked 7 days a week for 20+ years to pay off his Brooklyn home — only to have it auctioned off over a $5,000 water bill he says he never knew about. Now strangers have a legal claim to the house he calls his dream after the unpaid bill was sold to a trust.

Holy moly! This is groundbreaking info for me.
I wish the people around me would've understood how much hormones can affect my ADHD symptoms. Some days, I just can't get any work done with how bad my brain fog gets and I feel like all I can do is ride it out (and try to be gentle with myself).

I experienced autistic burnout at the worst possible time four years ago. I'm still recovering.
Autistic Burnout isn’t a bad week. It’s a system collapse. It’s years of unmet needs catching up. It’s your body saying - “I can’t do this anymore”. Recovery isn’t going back. It’s building something new.
