Struggling w/ lower back issue since a while but it has gotten worse recently. I sleep with lower back pain and wake up with the pain rising upto mid back. And yeah I’ve already tried taking breaks, stretching and ergonomic shit. Please suggest something real #techtwitter 🙏.
