that we create our own happiness. There’s nobody, no issue & nothing in this world worth prolonging ur sadness. Everything is solvable if u just look deeply and act. Also, mastering the act of quickly detaching from negativity is the key bcs every problem is opportunity to grow.

,quotes, ur writing. You like/share them, unintentionally manifesting more sadness. Even ur friends validate ur sadness & u end up sustaining/holding onto it without realizing it might have faded long ago. 😶 (we should talk more abt prolonging our sadness/being indulgent abt it).

dont want to jinx it but I can’t remember the last time I felt sad/had troubling thoughts. Sometimes I feel that sadness is like a vicious cycle. You overthink which leads to sadness then u start seeking out relatable thoughts & they seem to appear everywhere—reels,movies, books.
