pretty easy and its only a day or two a week. I give my card to all the building managers I meet along the way. one guy tried to hire me for his construction company today but I don't wanna go to long island every day.

I got this new part time gig where I go to buildings and count how many lights there are so the company can give them quotes to change everything to LEDs. I guess it's a jewish company because every job so far has been a synagogue or a school full of screaming jewish children.
