@implausibleblog Risky but bold Some people may be turned off by it the idea of returning to that drama But it is simply true that rejoining the EU would be for the best in every way

@implausibleblog The Green Party believe in breaking up the UK, so I am unsure how they think "we" will rejoin sans a Spanish veto.

@mickeyhynes The claim isn’t quite right. The Green Party doesn’t campaign to break up the UK — they simply believe in self-determination, meaning Scotland, Wales, or Northern Ireland should have the right to decide their own future through democratic means. That’s not the same as actively

@implausibleblog Great to hear this from @ZackPolanski. Brexit has indeed been a disaster and it is brilliant that at last we have a party talking about potentially rejoining the European Union.

@implausibleblog Leaving the EU was the silliest thing that happened in the modern history of Britain

@implausibleblog And this is why they are picking up so many new members, clear unambiguous direction on Europe, a chance to push back Brexit failures and the liars who sold it to hard working people.

@implausibleblog @gandoflam Lib Dems have always been THE pro EU party. They have a detailed plan of how they would work towards rejoining. The media is using Greens in the same way it uses Reform. To pit far left against far right, in the hope no one realises that the centre ground is the most stable

@implausibleblog The Lib Dems also have the aim of rejoining the EU. It's just recognised that we in the UK can't just click our fingers and rejoin.

@implausibleblog Fascinating dichotomy of ideas developing here. On the one hand he wants to go full fat MMT, which requires us to have sovereign control over our own currency/deficit yet on the other he wants to rejoin the EU with all the external fiscal responsibilities & limits that implies,

@implausibleblog Should the EU accept a country which is currently still very much an active participant in a genocide? Maybe talk about rejoining the EU AFTER those leaders involved have been held accountable & punished? Brexit was a huge mistake, obviously, but why would EU welcome them back?

@implausibleblog Easy to say, but will it really be that easy to do? There will be benefits, but a lot of water has passed under the bridge and there will still be bitterness from some 'EU' nations towards the UK. Things weren't great before we left, so those reasons have to be considered. 🤔

@implausibleblog @MICHAEL37656467 The Green Party leapfrogged the LibDems also with a little help from Ed Davey.

@implausibleblog Poor old Zack. He cannot resist advertising his delusions. Women with penises, breast enlargement without medical intervention and legalisation of drugs. A true hero of the woke alphabet brigade.

@implausibleblog Jeremy Corbyn has rightly opposed EU membership throughout his career. The genesis of the EEC is inherently globalist and actually far Right. It is utterly contrary to 'green politics' that he'd say this.

@implausibleblog Rejoining the EU: good. Being weak, disarming, and not taking the fight to terrorists and tyrants, allowing them to undermine democracy: bad. The Greens policy is strategic suicide for democracy

@implausibleblog Didn't the people of Great Britain vote to leave the E.U? Why is this moron attempting to rejoin. He also can't define what a woman is. This man is a complete moron.
