Places of worship is a Central Act in force,still judicial officers in UP allow surveys at religious places.Ex CJ Chandrachud did nothing when Gyanvapi case was placed before him. Now it's repeated in Sambhal.Hope the SC now takes cognizance & sends such officers back to training

This is unfortunate. What’s happening is a violation of constitutional values.
New modus operandi in UP is that the district court judges give permission to conduct surveys at religious places,despite the Places of Worship Act.Instead of discouraging the violation of a Central Act,the former CJ Chandrachud did nothing while Gyanvapi case was before him.

Supreme Court has banned burning of polluting fire crackers.Delhi High Court banned even the selling of crackers till Jan 1st. Provoking people to do so amounts to contempt of court. @ReheSamay can't take a plea that he was unaware of this as ignorance of law is no excuse.

As a teacher of them, I myself had gone there at the Police Station and had a heated conversation with the Addl. DCP for getting an FIR registered. However, the police rather chose to detain the people.

A couple of days ago,students of Law Faculty,DU got allegedly assaulted & illegally detained by @DelhiPolice. Against that law students were protesting for past two days, today the protesting students have been detained again for protesting against the illegal detention itself.

LoP, UP Assembly must resign if he can't get FIR registered & get the police officials suspended who wr involved in the encounter. Encounter Killings is a political tool hence political resistance is a must. Appears as if a syndicate of criminals ¬ police is running the state

तीन दिन के अंदर एसटीएफ के उस पुलिसिये को सस्पेंड कराकर FIR न दर्ज़ करा पाएं तो नेता विरोधी दल,यूपी विधानसभा को इस्तीफा दे देना चाहिए. एनकाउंटर किलिंग राजनैतिक टूल है, विरोध भी राजनैतिक होना चाहिये.जिन समुदायों का वोट लेकर नेता बने हैं, उनके लिए कभी सड़क का रास्ता भी अपनाइए.
