With a missed connection due to delays where we were denied boarding despite the plane still being at the gate and a new connection that also delayed 9 hours… the attendants announced “we know you’re tired we can see in your faces. Pilots got extended for you. We are tired too.
@AmericanAir employees must get spiffs given based on how blatantly rude they can be. I’ve never had anything remotely like this on @Delta or @SouthwestAir or @SpiritAirlines super disappointing
