I've helped businesses generate millions of dollars by refining, simplifying, and applying this 5 step process to optimize *ANY* business.
(this is the exact framework I follow for my clients - No fluff)
Here they are so you can apply them to your business:
MOST PEOPLE SUCK AT BEING PRODUCTIVE.
THEY WANT TO FOCUS ON THE RIGHT THINGS BUT CAN'T DO IT.
HERE'S 10 ACTIONABLE TIPS TO HELP YOU MASTER PRODUCTIVITY:
I used to operate a service business working 50-hour weeks with 3 employees. Now the business does 5x the revenue with only 1 employee and I spend virtually 0 hours on it.
Here are the 5 steps I took to achieve this:

There's a reason why kids wake up early on Christmas morning, but hate to wake up for school.... Being excited about your morning routine is key.
I’ve operated 10+ brands and scaled a service business to $600k by implementing systems.

Things that kill progress and productivity:
1. Multi-tasking
2. Not planning your days
3. Not grouping similar tasks
4. Managing to-do's in your head
5. Focusing on what you can't control
6. Storing information in multiple places
Avoid as many of these as possible.
How to implement a simple accountability system so you never stress about getting things done when you should:
1. List all of your ongoing responsibilities
2. Add each one to a weekly or monthly checklist
3. Create a recurring time block to complete each checklist
Having a weekly scorecard for my business has been the easiest way to know what's going on at a glance. Here's how:
1. Identify 10 important metrics
2. Clarify how each one is attained
3. Assign ownership to upload each one
4. Automate an email every week with the scorecard
Time Blocking changed my life. Here's how you can do it:
1. Identify 3-5 goals every week
2. Create 2-hour daily blocks for each goal
3. Identify 1 habit you'd like to incorporate
4. Create 1-hour daily recurring blocks for this habit
5. Color code blocks green when complete
Being mentally present is vital for productivity and planning my weeks in advance has been a huge help.
Knowing that I’ve already clarified the most important tasks and when I'm working on them allows me to more easily focus on the doing.
Willpower and motivation are great... But don't rely on them.
When we do, we find ourselves stuck in a cycle of starting and stopping. Implement systems, routines, and habits so they're a bonus instead.
Here are 4 of my favorite ways to do this:
(with examples for each)
The most common question I get from clients: "How can I grow my business faster?"
My answer is never more marketing, leads, outreach, or sales tactics. It's more fundamental: "Eliminate constraints"
Here's how:
Micromanaging is the worst thing a business owner can do.

I’ve spent the last 5 years testing different project plans and templates.
Here's my simple 3 step process to get anything done and increase the probability of achieving success by 90%:
After completing a work session, clarify the single next action needed to push your project or goal forward.
Do this to skip clarifying where you left off, every time, and boost your productivity.
The impact after switching from casual Instagram to intentional Twitter has been huge. Better at writing, thinking, and I’m networking with incredible people.
I'm taking on the challenge of launching a new business idea every 90 days. The desired outcome is a profitable model with clear and simple processes that I can hand off to an operator to handle the day-to-day, all within ~3 months.
Here is the criteria and my progress so far👇
Our productive output is ultimately a result of how well we’re balancing all of our Life Areas.
Here's my 3 step process to quickly know how my life is doing as a whole, prevent problems before they happen, and maximize productivity:
I only have two focus sessions in the day.
9am-12pm + 2:30PM-4:30PM
I dedicate each time block to 1 impactful goal.
My productive output has never been greater.
Finding a good virtual assistant is a life hack.
But it can be a gigantic pain.
I turned the 4-step process I use to find, hire, and manage VAs into a doc:
- where to look
- tools to use
- Qs to ask

We’re all guilty of waiting for the “right time” before making progress…
I felt this way before starting a business, newsletter, or creating content on social.
The truth is…
The best way to test if you have solid systems in your business:
Step away from it for a day. Then for a week. Then for a month.
The better the systems, the less you're needed.
For 3 years now, I've followed a simple system that's allowed me to:
- increase my focus
- 5x daily productivity
- simplify my schedule
Here's the 2-part system so you and your team can implement it too:
Growing your business is hard without a solid project management system.
I turned my whole system into a Notion template you and your team can use:
- projects database
- project template
- custom views

You have 16 hours in a day. The problem isn't having enough time.
The problem is priority. Focus on one goal at a time.
If want to do everything, you won't do anything.
If you can't find the time, wake up earlier.
Having multiple "priorities" has cost me a lot of time and money. Do this instead:
1. Clarify the most important 3-5 goals over the next 7 days
2. List them in order of priority
3. Focus on one per day
Here's how you turn your dreams into actionable goals:
1. Clarify the vision
2. Work it backward to create a plan
3. Identify the single next physical action
4. Take action
5. Step 3
