What happened next?.✨15 companies signed up as Impact Hiring Partners .✨7 students were hired on the spot.✨ Demo sessions turned into real job offers—including one from a company so impressed, they hired immediately during the session.

From rooms filled with quiet nerves and big dreams, to handshakes, happy tears, and new beginnings—this day was about bridging the opportunity gap, one conversation at a time.

For many of the 41 students who participated, coming from underserved backgrounds this was their first time stepping into a corporate space and armed with stories of resilience, self-learning, and a deep desire to grow.
