I was at the old town school Wednesday for the first World Music Wednesday of 2025. The pic is pf the band and all special guests up on stage for the final song.

My wallet got stolen while I was in a 7-11 at 135 w Madison in Chicago. If you took it. Please bring it back to the 7-11 and I will retrieve it. I know you tried to use a credit card but the charges were declined.

On Wednesday I was back at the Old Town School for the last World Music Wednesday of the year. The group was the Lemon Bucket Orchestra from Toronto. It was a fantastic show.

Tonight I was at the Old Town School for World Music Wednesday and saw Radio Free Honduras. The show was excellent. Brassy Latin music.

Tonight I was at under the dome for the first time and saw Chicago artists Sparklemami and Akenya. Both were fantastic singers. But Akenya has amazing range.

Her set up to that point was good. The music was worth hearing. But I don’t support antisemites.

Lady lamb went on an antisemitic scree at the end of her set at OTSFM. Anti-Israeli action in Gaza is common on the left but she went farther and denied Israel’s right to exist. I’m upset that I was there.
