@EastMidRailway Add to that, after I had spent an extra £83 pounds to graciously let me travel on @EastMidRailway we had a gang of abusive kids roaming the train upsetting customers and terrorizing the staff

However, no thanks to @EastMidRailway for not allowing me to get home from St Pancras, even though the 2nd leg of my journey was with them (admittedly not from St P). Your staff were just rude. Buy a ticket or don’t travel. Top notch customer service there.

Due to strike action by @CrossCountryUK I was left stranded in Penzance this morning. Many many thanks should go to Jane at Penzance station for finding me a route home via London. Thanks @GWRHelp for permitting me to travel using my ticket. Your customer service is exceptional

What the heck @Halfords_uk? My car failed its MOT because of 2 tires. You quoted me for new and I said I could get them cheaper elsewhere only to be told if I had them done somewhere else I would be charged for a full re-test. So you’re basically forcing me to pay your prices?
