I'm already at the end of my patience because I have already informed them of the issue and as I'm tweeting this April 6, 2021 I got no response yet from them. Im not located in some remote barangay in say Polillo Island not to have this issue fixed.

I have some screenshots to prove their awful service and if your committee ever investigates these type of issues on erring telecoms then I can forward my collected screenshots.

Even if I'm right outside the house in an open space, yet the LTE signal degrades to HSPA which is basically useless because it cant open even a decent website. On most locations on this city their services is actually awful because of the same HSPA signal degradation.
