10/10: Do you care about governmental oversight and lack of privacy? How are you approaching all this in a digital-first world? Surprising how some people don’t think about nor care.

9/10: This setup gives me privacy when I need it, speed and convenience when I want it, and no need to carry two phones or juggle multiple profiles. It is a system I can live with every day.

8/10: For low risk work like sending a non confidential file I still use Gmail or Google Drive because it is quick and easy. For personal or business sensitive work I use Proton. WhatsApp stays installed because it’s unavoidable, but I treat it as low privacy.

7/10: My default browser is @brave. which blocks trackers and ads by default. Google Chrome stays on my Mac for when I need to test websites for work, but I do not use it for everyday browsing.

6/10: From there I run @ProtonPrivacy for everything sensitive - email, file storage, and always-on VPN. Proton is based in Switzerland, zero access to your data, and proven in court to resist government fishing expeditions.

5/10: Once signed in with the Swiss ID for iCloud, all new photos, contacts, notes, backups, and files will live under Swiss privacy law. Your UK ID stays in the App Store so your old apps still update, but it never touches your personal data again.

4/10: If you want to move now, the only real option is to create a new Apple ID in the country you want - in my case, Switzerland (pro-privacy). Then move your data into the new account, keep your old account signed in only for App Store purchases, & delete your UK iCloud data.

3/10: On paper you can “just change your country” in Apple settings. In reality, if you have any active or even expired annual subscriptions, Apple will not let you change until they all expire. That can mean waiting months or even a year. I am in that boat.

2/10: I run my whole life and business online. I am not trying to live in a bunker, but I am also not handing over my entire personal and business history on a plate. So I have been working out how to get my @Apple account out of UK jurisdiction and under better privacy laws.

🧵1/10: I recently learned the UK has blocked citizens from turning on end to end encryption for their own iCloud data. Meaning the government has full access to your photos, files, and messages. And with the new Online Safety Act, they also control what you can say online. 🚩

Nutrition: Most founders are overcomplicating it. Track these 3 only:.- Morning glucose (target: 70-85).- Protein (1.6g/kg minimum).- Water (1L before noon). Everything else = diminishing returns. Trust me, I tested it all 🎯.

Morning cortisol hack that changed my life:. 15-min cold exposure + meditation BEFORE checking email. my avg morning cortisol dropped 22% in 8 weeks. The founders I coach who do this consistently report 2x better stress resilience🧊.

Sleep = king 👑. Most founders I work with start at 5-6hrs/night (I was there too). Got them to 7.5hrs + 2hrs deep sleep using glucose + sleep monitoring. tip: Your 3pm crash? That's your morning glucose spike or too-soon-from-waking caffeine coming back to bite you.
