Chat was prepared at 11 am by #IRCTC & I cancelled the booked ticket through #Makemytrip because it was booked through it at 14:10pm & they say we cannot offer 2 times on your cancellation because you cancelled it before chart preparation 😇 @makemytrip @rtiindia .
