Schools will be operating with roughly a $20.5 million rev-share salary cap in Year 1. For football, that's expected to be $13 to $16 million. Schools hope to circumvent that with NIL payments, which will have to be put through the NIL Go clearinghouse. Expect lawsuits.

70% of kids quit sports by the age of 13 because of the high pressure + lack of joy in the game. Sport=Game.Game SHOULD=fun. Who is putting the immense amount of pressure on kids and ruining the joy of the game? Adults (parents, coaches, trainers, etc). Be better. Happy Monday!.
