After 3.5 years, the iSIMPATHY project ended on 31st March 2023. The project has transformed the approach to optimisation of medicines through the delivery of medicine reviews.

The project delivered medicine reviews to over 6000 patients, and training to over 200 Healthcare Professionals, providing a significant contribution towards embedding a single approach for polypharmacy management, and establishing the value of cross-border working in this field.
