NGL, I've been waiting for this one. I feel like it's a really interesting take on deck building (private markets based on the characters you've chosen for your squad, starting with powerful cards from the outset, etc.) and with win conditions dependent on play not just deck VP.

If they refuse to give copyright protection then every other person and company can use the exact same images, writing, and video generated by AI and use it however they want. Everything AI becomes a shared world. I just can't see any company going that route.

The most realistic way of slowing/stopping AI from taking artists jobs isn't going to be any poison pill or lawsuits with dubious legal strategy. It's most likely going to be the US Copyright Office refusing to issue copyright protection for AI generated works.

News flash, pleading out will ALWAYS get you a better deal than being convicted, *especially* when you're client is found guilty of assault of a LEO. Jan. 6 defense lawyers ‘gobsmacked’ by Trump ally’s plea deal https://t.co/ghjg92d27R via @politico

Many rioters who stormed the Capitol received long prison sentences. Sidney Powell, an architect of the effort to subvert the election, negotiated a misdemeanor plea deal and cooperation agreement.

This is a statement from two of the people who wrote Florida's new education standards on slavery. In it they give several names of people to exemplify slaves who learned skills they applied later in life. Let's go through the supposed truth of this list one by one.
Want the truth on Florida’s African American History Standards? See statement below from experts who crafted them. “Any attempt to reduce slaves to just victims of oppression fails to recognize their strength, courage and resiliency during a difficult time in American history.”
