Hostile engagement over there is *much* easier to manage. Blocking is easy and complete: hostile actors can't see or engage you at all. Out of sight, out of mind. Incentives for professional trolls are almost nil, reducing their overall presence.

I would never shame or scold a creator who won't/can't leave twitter for whatever reason. Instead, encouragement: on the other site (the blue one), I have 1/10th the followers as on twitter And engagement (likes, RTs, etc) per post are *higher* than here.
