On days I don’t “want” to workout (because that’s life and I’m sure many can relate) I just pick a few things I WANT to do. For me, bodybuilding is always fun. By the end of it, I’ve done SOMETHING and can close out the day feeling PROUD. - Anyone else relate? COMMENT HERE.
