Work life balance I feel is a woke thing. Everyone successful I meet works intensely, treats the week as 7 days, and has a set of priorities/values around which they operate. These values and priorities may mean spending time with kids, working out, spending time with wife,.

May get some hate for this. But I think countries should just improve service quality for the top tax payers and provide preferred access where viable. Government at the end of the day is a service and we should treat it like one. Instead of just saying let’s tax the rich etc.

Majority of the world is average. People at some point just give up on improvement - Combination of factors from age to being in the wrong circle. One way I try to keep improving is:. - Have an internal benchmark of what good looks like and keep pushing the boundary there.
