A @Humberbeat Sgt called us as a veteran was released from custody, he’d broken into an empty property just to sleep. Homeless 2+ years. That night we got him into emergency housing. Now, thanks to @VeteransGovUK .OPFortitude, he’s in supported accommodation. #StrongerTogether
