A lack of appreciation for an alternative can be a good way to explore underlying values that make people feel that way. However, if you're not willing to explore then your opinion doesn't really add anything other than noise. .
"I don't like it" is not a convincing argument when evaluating alternatives.

As a slack user that often travels by train.I want a heavyweight Single Page Application.So that I can barely communicate with my colleagues because my internet connection is often slow.And I can enjoy the beautiful scenery behind the train window.
