US forces will need a combination of adaptability and scale to succeed in future conflicts. The DoD should invest in new weapons that can be built in larger numbers and with greater flexibility compared to today's preferred munitions. Read the Hudson Institute report ⬇️
My comments on modular weapons manufacturing in @DefenseOne:. "We found in our research that propulsion—both jet propulsion and rocket propulsion—are one of the areas where the DOD has the most trouble in terms of getting to the kind of scale it needs, as well as offering options.
