The guy climbing the tower is a bit like Evel Knievel doing mad stuff but far less likely to get the adrenaline pumping for the viewer. If he did it with a timed rocket firework attached to his back then I'd be satisfied adrenaline wise. He probably would too.

Genuinely mourning the loss of high street butchers who sell rotisserie meat from the oven. Used to spend a fiver on just minted lamb chops in a bag, total food porn for me. And the fat off any cooked chop is a proper treat too.
