Keys to successful fat loss:. Get some momentum going as quick as possible. Once seeing progress, it's hard to want to sabotage that. Eat 2 primary meals a day about 6-7 hours apart. Let I.F. work for you. First meal of the day should be heavy in protein & good fat=Satiety pic# 1
