An incident happened last night at Hispi and we just want to make everyone aware that assault or abuse of any kind; verbal or physical, will NOT be tolerated at Hispi. Drunk or sober the tolerance is zero.

Management will NEVER tolerate their team being made to feel uncomfortable. To then ‘threaten’ with a bad review will only make us want you to leave more. The parting words of this specific incident was ‘I don’t have to be pleasant… I’m a customer!’.
