I had the honour & privilege to speak up tonight about rising knife crime at Highfield Hall to residents and amazing councillors, such as @Cllr_suleman @cummins23, and our MP @TahirAliMP. Knife Crime is simply a disease and we must work together to finally put an end to it.

After a horrid day yesterday I went to restorative yoga @highfieldhall1 feel calmer and stretched.. all ladies a slow pace .. relaxing is something that’s a challenge for me is going to take practice
