We want a system where threshold and penalties don’t function as caps, allows younger players to realize more of their market value, makes service time manipulation a thing of the past, and eliminate tanking as a winning strategy.

HITTERS MINSET: Performance stress for a MLB player may be fear of failing in front of 50K and millions watching on TV. For a LL player it may be mom, dad and grandparents watching. For a HS player you’ll see friends in school. It’s all relative. Learn to perform under stress!
