I’m generally pretty pro-LLM but a huge pet peeve of mine is when people post a screenshot of a chat and use it as a source

On @Stacks a contract cannot deploy another. Sometimes cited as a limitation in building protocols. However, the actual goal is verifying contract code. Now possible on Stacks. Introducing: clarity-stacks. Prove transactions and contract code on-chain. https://t.co/DlKgVVZz9u 1/

What are the best options for Q&A on a large codebase? Specifically thinking of stacks-core, which is ~500k lines of Rust.

Work on the BNS->L1 project continues, but I wanted to get some new features live in the meantime. Special shoutout to @ryan_waits who contributed a ton to this project!

Interesting proposal by @heynky to link BNS names on L2 with Ordinals on L1. Moving assets on Bitcoin L1, likely defined as Inscriptions, to Bitcoin L2s and back is a good next step to grow the ecosystem. Link to proposal below.

This is a call to action - please contribute! The BNS Hub’s content is absolutely not fully realized. I’ll contribute to the best of my abilities, but I need your help! Get in touch if you think you can help.

This is not a “centrally owned” docs site, nor is it designed to favor any one app over another. The only way for this to be successful is if people across the community come together to make it the best resource possible. Github:

Because BNS is a fully decentralized project, with no single owner, documentation for BNS is scattered in multiple places. I think this has made it harder for both developers and users to find the information they need. The goal of this project is to change that.

My favorite page to put together was the “ecosystem” page - it’s awesome to see all the different apps and communities using BNS. https://t.co/fjWn4N29Bk

This has me thinking about how you can use PSBTs to make STX/BTC atomic swaps. Probably not a great approach because of how quickly prices change, but it’s intellectually interesting

Did you know that the biggest STX whales use a custom Bitcoin-based multi-sig wallet to manage their funds? These are purely Bitcoin transactions, but they modify Stacks state. I’ll explain how it works and how you can use it too 👇

Hopefully you found this interesting! I think it’s a really cool mechanism that allows you to use a strong multi-sig and also get Bitcoin liveness. It’s not the most easy-to-use, but any account can do it! You don’t even need to use a multi-sig.

Now, let’s look at an example. SM3R…4QZA is the largest account using this mechanism. Two days ago, they stacked via a Bitcoin transaction. The BTC transaction: https://t.co/8PAzZREy5q Which resulted in this STX transaction:
