The re-build of Chainhooks has been a huge project and couldn't be more proud of the @hirosystems team for it. Chainhook 1.0 had great features but keeping the index stable was a nightmare - 2.0 fixes that. It also adds an awesome new interface that makes setting up and testing
Chainhooks 2.0 (Beta) is here! 🚀 We rebuilt it from scratch. No more missed blocks, no more running your own nodes, no more fragile infra. Full details 👇

this is a great observation in the past it was easy for projects to slip if you weren’t working on it daily — the ability to offload some of that context gets you from zero to flow state much faster
AI doesn’t just catch the small bugs, it lifts the mental burden of keeping every detail in mind. That space goes into shipping instead.

We just shipped a new version of the Stacks API with a very cool new feature that gives you any Clarity VM error produced by Stacks miners for failed transactions! No more wondering which post condition failed, for example ✌️🏻

Devrel as a title will die within 2 years. Not b/c they don't serve a purpose But b/c they're short-term plays for companies building long-term 🧵:

AI is awesome, but do you know what else is awesome? Not releasing AI-powered features until you've actually built something that's way better than what it was without. Not every feature you build or explore has to ship! (Apple used to know this).

Now imagine we know the bitcoin address of the US reserve. That means there is a corresponding Stacks address. Any $STX donated to that address voluntarily makes the US govt HODL $STX. No further action needed from the govt itself. Few.
Imagine if the US govt were to come into possession of $STX and they follow the new EO and act as proper stewards and stack their $STX. Budget neutral bitcoin accumulation with no impact to tax payers. Few.

llms.txt and MCP feels like the beginning of the AI internet protocol stack. As these conventions proliferate, the network gets more powerful and intelligent, and a lot more applications become possible.

“…documentation is part of the product experience” man this really resonated, great to see someone else articulate your own thoughts so well
I've been (officially) doing "Developer Experience" work for 4.5 years. But tbh, I've never really talked about the work itself. Last week, I gave my first talk about writing great docs, getting product feedback, and teaching developers.

what’re the biggest barriers to entry for bringing in new devs to stacks? 1. number go up 2. one killer app (citycoins was that app last cycle) 3. better developer funnel 1 is out of our control, 2 is inevitable, and 3 is on me i’m gonna fix that
