I mean, how can we??! Sobrang tindi. Nung may tech na nag visit, ang sabi lang samin fault daw ng isa pang tech na nagkabit ng bagong line. Hindi daw naisara yung napbox. Like??! All that shiz and hassle saming consumers for more than 10 fucking years and we get blamed for it?!

Sobrang lala talaga ng service ng @PLDT_Cares @PLDTHome we had connection issues for two months. FOR TWO MONTHS, we tried calling and asking for help on social media but we can’t contact anyone! Everyday, palaging 1hr+ kami nagaantay for a cust rep.
