Just want to say well done to our teenagers. You sacrificed a lot for us oldies to stay safe. You stayed in for months, missed out on 16,18 parties, proms, festivals, and saying goodbye to your school. Thank you .I’m hoping this u turn will have a positive impact for many of you

I made the decision just this morning to not send Lucy to school. I had the opportunity for Lucy to continue going as I am a nurse and she has an EHCP. She thrives on routine as a teenager with autism and initially I thought it was best to try and keep things as normal poss 1/2

Hydrodilatation done! I'm bloody sore but can already move more freely and the bupivicaine is making me feel rather squiffy! Time for a wee nap then more physio. I'm very excited to get my shoulder back!
