That's the day after the birthday! And nine days after I made my order. By then, order will be useless to me. And a friend's child won't get the toy he wanted for his birthday. Needless to say, I will never order anything else from @thewhitecompany again.

I tried calling the company. Was on hold for 20 minutes without any luck. I tried the chat. They finally said they'd try to have it be delivered today. I just received an email saying 'good news, your order is on its way – estimated arrival 13 July' – 9 days after the order.

I just want to warn you all not to order anything from @thewhitecompany if you want it to arrive anywhere close to on time. I ordered a birthday gift for a child on 4 July. It said it would be delivered in 3-5 days. A week later, still no delivery, and the birthday is tomorrow.
