6. This 2 year break was much needed. I'm recharged and ready to get back to it. There's so much to learn and I am eager to start. 7. On the other hand - LOL - it's a recession. Why'd I take a break. 😅

5. I fell in love with pin pointing problems, and focusing on that. It shaped my entire worldview. Instead of making things up just to make things work - why was there a problem in the first place?

3. Being a product manager is hard, hard work. 4. I had some phenomenal mentors. They believed in me and pushed me, and I will forever be grateful to them.

Redoing my portfolio and reviewing my old work. 1. I had mega imposter syndrome. Looking at these presentations now, I wish I could go back and tell myself that it's OK to mess up. As long as learning was happening. 2. Some of these decks were so good.

I am open and looking to apply to any UX Research positions that are open to new grads, interns, or entry-level positions starting after September 2023. It may be a bit early, but I already see a few applications opening up! I am finishing up my Master's program in August 2023.
